Second step in Italy for the ToB3 project
After its launch in Valencia, the project ToB3 which aims to mix BIM and eco-building, landed in Rende in Italy. Nicola de Nardi, coordinator of the mayors of the alliance at Energia Calabria, organized the event at the University of Calabria.
To introduce the event, Hervé Maillot, coordinator of ToB3, first recalled the issues and objectives of the project. Florian Froidurot then presented the collaborative digital tools that will be used to communicate within ToB3. Lionel Croissant gave an update on the team’s collaborative operating rules and the framework within which the work should be carried out. Then, he presented another European project of which he is coordinator: the BIM Game. The BIM Game is a collaborative training tool around BIM.
Interventions were then chained around the BIM methodology in the northern countries and the insertion of BIM into the public offer. In the afternoon, the partners participated in a workshop to analyze BIM training methods including eco-construction. They were then able to build a ToB3 charter combining BIM and eco-construction. The next day, the Italian partners presented a collaborative platform for management by BIM and brought the theme of BIM for greater energy efficiency.
New links between participants were created during this session. The linguistic talents of some people have been discovered to the delight of our guests. These two days of reflection ended in a relaxed atmosphere waiting for the next step.
Next stop in Besançon in October 2018!
